Empowerment

Once I fought for her empowerment
Once I criticized you
for your early procreation;
Today, the day is different
and may be it will differ more in future.
Today, I feel she is not worthy of
my support, love and affection.
I still want every woman to be empowered!
I want each one of them to come out
destroying all age-old shackles
But, the truth is I can't empower a single one
until they realize the idea of empowerment
by themselves.
