Darling, I didn't notice
--didn't notice that the sky
has turned into Prussian or Berlin blue
But when I did, I also noticed that
it was more blackish than bluish...

Darling, your socks were revealed
and I liked them more than the sky;
You wore my favorite Awadhi shoes
--the one you preserved, right?
Yet, your face was lacking the light
the light and happiness I have usually seen
when you paint the canvas
with my favorite color..

Darling, Please know
I would love you
and adore
in every color, form, shape, and size
So, even you scribble on the canvas
or keep it blank
My love for you
would never vaporize.

Standing on the bank of Gomti
She whispered into his ear
I think the city would embrace me now
-Which City?
-My hometown
-Why it would suddenly embrace
when it didn't do in the past?
--I think I know myself better
 I know myself inside out.
And when you know yourself
inside out
You can embrace any place
and vice versa.

Poetry brings pleasure and
unbearable pain simultaneously.

In the middle of the crowd
dance floor and bluish lights
that were turned on
to make it surreal 
I was lonely
I was looking for
both of you.

Both of you have become
unreachable
intangible...
Only voices pierce through ether
Or sometimes there are voices
only in head. 

Once I had tangible love
But I had emptiness too
Then I met you
the one who always
seemed right for me.
