Giving all poem to someone means 

Someone is worthy to see it all! 

All love and pain,

All unfulfilled dreams and wishes;

Wishes that she would leave the city first and 

he would knock on the door
to meet one last time...

Wishes that he would come down to Kolkata

before visiting the 'steel city'

Wishes that he would stand at the train station
and say "welcome dear"

Wishes that he would call her once
during the Christmas break!
