Human Folly

Dear, my pink mouse got a name
a name..which doesn't reflect my "beloved"
Not in ideology, nor through even the "first letter"
I would have chosen my beloved
for naming and renaming!
So, I am disappointed :(
The half-portrait has been revealed with an utter lie
(not sure what was the necessity)
--to create a feeling of sadness
--to make me feel my own lacuna
But our lacuna is not the thing--
the way others understand it
They are truly unaware of the power of a poet
A poet--always understands human folly.
